What is Vsign?

A Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is a secure digital key provided by a Certifying Authority that verifies the holder's identity (CA). It usually comprises your personal information (name, email, country, APNIC account name and your public key).

Data that has been digitally signed or encrypted by a private key can only be decrypted by its corresponding public key since digital certificates utilise Public Key Infrastructure. A digital certificate is an electronic "credit card" that proves your identity when conducting business or other online activities.
